With over a decade of ethnographic research experience, Yushi has led research efforts at Steelcase targeting high-growth markets, Chinese corporate executives, and enterprise innovation collaboration. His research findings have gradually been implemented in Steelcase's new product lines, such as Navi Teamisland and Diversal. Upon leaving Steelcase, Yushi has dedicated himself to promoting ethnographic research, co-founding EPIC China as a member of Ethnographic Research in Industry. He actively expands the application and impact of qualitative research in innovation within Chinese enterprises.
